Gür Hair Transplant is founded by respected and well known Dr. Gökhan Gür. Our doctor and his team performing FUE hair transplant technique also have known “Scalpel Free Hair Transplantation”, because there is no scalpel use for the procedure.

FUE technique is; collecting the genetically resistant follicles inside the skin with very tiny prismatic tube, without any big and horizontal cut and planting them to the area of need with maximum natural look. This technique allows collecting follicles not only the head but other parts of the body. Also perfect eyebrow transplant is quite possible with this technique.

Let’s give some information about our founder. Dr. Gökhan Gür started to perform FUE hair transplant operations in 2003 and still continues. He worked at his own clinic and Medicana International Hospital of Ankara in 2003 to 2012. After that, Dr. Gür worked at Istanbul Transmed Hair and Plastic Surgery Centre in 2012 to 2014.

Dr. Gür performed more than 2000 hair transplant, eyebrow transplant, moustache and beard transplant. He also performed body hair follicle transplant more than 50 times. Dr. Gür trained Dr. Tilman Schulz (Germany), Dr. Siljia Reuters (Germany), Dr. Andre Morato (Germany), Dr. Necdet Sertkol (Turkey) and Dr. Fehrad Nazemi (Iran) about FUE hair transplant technique and round needle technique.

Dr. Gökhan Gür started to perform FUE hair transplant operations in 2003 and now continues in Gür Hair Transplant.

DR. EMEK SARAN

Emek Saran graduated from Ege University (Faculty of Dentistry), Turkey in 1994. She continued her professional work and studies at orthodontics clinics, where she began working whilst a student. Later, she completed her specialist training at the implant department of New York University. In the meantime, she worked with Norman Cranin in the Department of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery at Brookdale Hospital. From 1996 to 1997 she worked as an assistant on implant and aesthetic dentistry at the private clinic of Dr. Dennis Tornow, Head of the Implant Department of New York University.

As soon as she returned to Turkey, she began working as a dentist at the American Hospital in İstanbul. She established dental clinics in Kadıköy Şifa Hospital and Memorial Hospital (İstanbul), where she served as Head of Department. She established the Smile Institute in 2007 in Nişantaşı, where she continues to work. The Smile Institute has 4 dental units, a panoramic X-Ray unit and a laboratory with a team of 4 dentists and 6 assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the European Academy of Osteointegration (EAO).
